- ALT - Alanine aminotransferase, is an enzyme that is found, among other things, inside the cells of the liver. The ALT value is therefore often analyzed together with other blood tests to diagnose and monitor liver diseases.
- ALP - is a liver marker that is tested in the investigation of liver cell damage and follow-up of liver disease.
- ASAT - Aspartate aminotransferase , is an enzyme that is found, among other things, inside the cells of the liver.
- GT, or Glutamyltransferase, which is mainly analyzed when liver or biliary tract diseases are suspected. Increased GT values can also be found when the liver is affected by alcohol.
