Din Psykolog offers support within primary care for those over 18 years old experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues. To book an appointment, you need to be registered as a resident in Sweden, and then you simply log in with BankID. You pay 100 SEK as a patient fee, the same as for a regular visit to your healthcare center. For youths aged 18 to 19 (until January 1st of the year they turn 20) and for those over 85, all visits are free of charge. The visit is also free if you have a healthcare exemption card.
