The sample collection fee is a fixed cost that refers to the visit to the clinic where you submit your sample. The fee is not affected by how many tests you have ordered, but varies depending on the order value:

For order values under SEK 350, the sampling fee is SEK 119.
For order values between SEK 350 and SEK 1 000, the fee is SEK 49.

What kind of information do we as a company get to know about the results of our employees' health checks?

No information from the employees' test results or other information they provide will be shared with you as an employer. You will receive statistics on how the package you have purchased is used. Do you have e.g. purchased a package of 10 health checks on an annual basis, you will receive information on how many of these have been used after 6 months and again after 12 months.
